The short version: your decisions are private. We store what you give us so the app works. We never sell it, never share it for advertising, and you can delete everything at any time.
1. Who We Are
iRecall is developed by Anchori Intel, a sole-trader app studio operated by Stuart McMillan, based in Australia. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at mcmillanstuart007@gmail.com.
2. What We Collect
iRecall collects only what it needs to function:
- Email address — used to create your account and authenticate you via one-time passcode (OTP). We never send marketing email.
- Decisions you record — the title, category, notes, and date of each decision you log.
- Outcomes you record — whether your decision played out as expected, and any notes you add.
- Anonymous usage analytics — events like "app opened" or "decision created" (no personal content, no names, no email). Used to understand how the app is being used and improve it.
We do not collect your name, phone number, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or any data not listed above.
3. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and operate iRecall — storing your decisions and presenting them back to you.
- To authenticate you securely across sessions and devices.
- To calculate your Decision Accuracy Score and Insights.
- To schedule outcome review reminders (if you enable notifications).
- To improve the app based on aggregated, anonymous usage patterns.
Your data is never used for advertising, never sold to third parties, and never used to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services
iRecall uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Supabase (supabase.com) — cloud database and authentication provider. Your email and decision data is stored on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy →

5. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Supabase's secure infrastructure with row-level security enabled — meaning only your authenticated account can read your decisions. Authentication tokens are stored in your device's encrypted Keychain. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
No system is perfectly secure, but we have taken reasonable technical measures to protect your information.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as you have an account with iRecall. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: Profile → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data including the right to access, correct, or delete it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at mcmillanstuart007@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
iRecall is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of iRecall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
